This Design and Construct endeavour aimed to breathe new life into existing office spaces, transforming them into cutting-edge educational environments with a focus on accommodating a high number of students.
🌱 Client’s Vision
UEC’s vision was crystal clear: to provide a cost-effective solution that not only caters to their increased student capacity but also aligns with the stringent ventilation and building codes of Australia. Obtaining occupation certification was crucial, with a primary goal to create a comfortable, safe, and compliant environment. In the post-COVID-19 era, clean air became the linchpin of their healthy campus and office operations.

Tyrenian Group, renowned for its innovative design and engineering prowess, rose to the occasion. Our mission was to orchestrate a Design and Fit that seamlessly integrated with the existing infrastructure while making minimal modifications to outside air sources.
🌬️ Euromate Blueline Cassette Air Cleaners
Our solution? Euromate Blueline Cassette type air cleaners, strategically installed in each classroom. These remarkable systems not only ensured compliance but also delivered an unexpected bonus: a COVID-safe environment brimming with clean, pure, and sanitized air.

The results spoke volumes. Tyrenian Group’s Design and Construct endeavor far exceeded the client’s expectations, as evidenced by their glowing Google Review. By ingeniously utilizing air cleaners, we not only achieved compliance but also fostered an atmosphere of safety and well-being.
